This Tuesday, the rooftop of Ratherhood Initiative Limited came alive once again for the fourth episode of Chhader Chhobi: Season Two. The evening brought a refreshing blend of art, storytelling, and heartfelt discussions as we screened the beautiful and poignant documentary Faces Places (2017), directed by Agnès Varda and JR.
Through this film, participants were transported to the French countryside, exploring themes of memory, culture, and community. The documentary’s unique blend of photography and storytelling, capturing ordinary lives in extraordinary ways, resonated deeply with the audience. The warmth and humanity of the film inspired a vibrant post-screening conversation, where attendees shared their thoughts on the transformative power of art and connection.
As always, the limited seats ensured an intimate and engaging experience. We’re immensely grateful to everyone who joined us and enriched the evening with their insights. A special shoutout to our logistics partners, Cloud Marcom BD and Studio Junction, for making it all possible.
Join us again next Tuesday as we continue to explore cinema’s ability to connect, inspire, and provoke thought.
Till next time!
